Osunwemimo Ade
As a performing artist, I felt like the ground had been taken beneath my feet during the pandemic. I took the lockdown as a chance to tend to my internal development, reflect on my experiences and pour it all into creative content. I feel most alive by being in the now, taking the moment as it is and using my skills and passion to create a contemporary reflection of the narrative. often times I feel as if we stay to fixated on obstacles in our life rather than to take them as challenges to expand our horizon in our application of skills and knowledge. The Alive festical did exactly this for me, it gave me the oppertunity to showcase and take my art to the next level.
